M. Abdoulaye Bane a rejoint l’ARAA en avril 2019 en tant que conseiller juridique. Il a rejoint la CEDEAO en 2007 au sein de la Cour de Justice de la Communauté en tant que chargé de recherche avant de servir à la Représentation spéciale de la CEDEAO au Mali comme conseiller juridique de 2012 à 2019. Il occupe actuellement le poste de conseiller juridique au sein du Pooling services des institutions de la CEDEAO à Lomé au Togo.

Mrs. LOCOH Afiwa Michelle holds a bachelor’s in arts, especially in English Linguistics and two master’s certificates in English. Since 2015, she holds the position of Bilingual Administrative Assistant in RAAF.

With 17 years of professional experience working with regional NGOs and International Organizations, she has held the positions of Communications Assistant and Regional Project Assistant respectively with regional NGOs (Wildaf) and international organizations (IFDC) as well as with the United Nations (UNIDO).

Mrs Todjro joined RAAF in October 2015 as Bilingual Secretary (English/French) and Assistant to the Executive Director.
