- The ECOWAS Commission has requested and obtained a grant from the Adaptation Fund through the West African Development Bank (WADA), to finance the regional project to promote climate-smart agriculture (CSA) in West Africa, and intends to use a portion of these funds to make payments under the Contract for the Advancement of Seven (71) Functional Stormwater Collection Basins and the Procurement of One Hundred forty-two (142) motor pumps in the Upper West regions; Northen; Savannah and Upper East in Ghana" within four (4) months.
- This call for tenders concerns two (02) lots that can be awarded separately:
- Lot 1: To build thirty-seven (37) operational BCERs spread over the sites and to acquire seventy-four (74) functional motor pumps to supply the surrounding arable fields in the regions: Upper West; Northen; savannah in Ghana.
- Lot 2: To build thirty-four (34) operational BCERs spread over the sites and to acquire sixty-eight (68) functional motor pumps to supply the surrounding arable fields in the Upper East region of Ghana.
