- The ECOWAS Commission has received funding from the French Development Agency (AFD), and intends to use part of the amount to make payments under the West African Milk Offensive Support Project (PAOLAO). To this end, it is planned to recruit individual consultants for the evaluation of proposals from PAOLAO's calls for field projects.
