Article 1: Deadline for receipt of Proposals

The deadline for submission of Concept Notes and Detailed Proposals is 28 July 2022 at 12:00 GMT Lomé/Togo time.Any project submitted after the above deadline will be rejected and will not be evaluated.

Article 2. Modification or replacement of proposals

2.1. Organisations that have already submitted their proposal and wish to modify or replace it may do so by submitting the modified/new proposal entirely according to the submission instructions in the Call for Proposals Dossier. Their first submission will therefore not be considered.

2.2. Organisations that have already submitted their proposal and do not wish to modify or replace it do not have to take any action.

Article 3. Final provisions

This addendum forms part of the Call for Proposals (CFP). All other clauses of the Call for Proposals (CFP) that are not modified by this amendment remain unchanged.
