The ECOWAS Commission, acting on behalf of RAAF, is seeking bids in sealed envelopes bids for « the supply and delivery of 6,522 tonnes of cereals for the benefit of the Regional Food Security Reserve, consisting of 8 lots identified below » :

Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days after the opening date and must be accompanied by a bid security (ORIGINAL) in dollars or equivalent in ECOWAS members states currencies for each lot as below:
- Lot 1: The sum of USD 3,000.
- Lot 2: The sum of USD 11,000.
- Lot 3: The sum of USD 2,200.
- Lot 4: The sum of USD 19,000.
- Lot 5: The sum of USD 19,000.
- Lot 6: The sum of USD 6,000.
- Lot 7: The sum of USD 5,000.
- Lot 8: The sum of USD 7,000.
The eight (8) lots are distinct and indivisible, and the contract will be awarded per lot. Interested bidders with the required experience and qualifications may bid for one (1) or more lots.
Tenders are submitted to the Regional Agency for Agriculture and Food (ARAA), 83 Rue de la Pâture, Super Taco, Lomé, Togo, at the reception office no later than 26 july 2023 at 11:00 GMT.
