These supplies are being procured on behalf of UEMAO, which has received funding for this purpose from the French Development Agency.

- Bids are valid for a period of 180 days after the opening of the bids and must be accompanied by a bid guarantee (ORIGINAL Bank Guarantee) for each lot as indicated in the Tender Documents.
- The five (5) lots are separate and indivisible, and the contract will be awarded by lot. Interested bidders with the required experience and qualifications may bid for one (1) or more lots.
- Bids are submitted to the Regional Agency for Agriculture and Food (ARAA), 4 & 5 floors of the CRBC building, Place de la Réconciliation in the Atchanté district, OUA Lomé-Togo city, at the Reception Office no later than November 28, 2024 at 11:00 GMT
