The Commission of the Economic Community of West African States (the Commission) has requested and obtained funds from the West African Development Bank to finance the Regional Project for the Promotion of Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) in West Africa, and intends to use part of these funds to make payments under the contract. "Reference study of the regional project to promote climate-smart agriculture (CSA) in West Africa."
The Regional Agency for Agriculture and Food (ARAA) acting on behalf of the Commission invites, by this request for proposals, the candidates to submit their proposals in a closed envelope, for the realization of the aforementioned market. For more information on the services in question, please refer to the Attached Terms of Reference.
A Consultant will be selected by the quality cost selection method.
This Request for Proposals is open to all Consultants (Companies) eligible under the eligibility criteria set out in the Guidelines for the Procurement of Consulting Services Financed by a West Bank Loan or Cash Advance issue of March 2013 (clause 1.11, 1.12 and 1.3).
