- The ECOWAS Commission through the Regional Agency for Agriculture and Food, based on its own funds and funding received from its Technical and Financial Partners, is inviting Tenders in sealed envelopes from eligible Bidders for the "implementation of purchase order contract(s) for the design and production of communication and visibility tools for the RAAF and its projects", made up of several lots. Bidders may bid for one or more lots as defined in the Bidding Documents. Should they be awarded more than one lot/contract, bidders wishing to offer discounts are authorized to do so and must indicate such discounts in the Bid Form.

- Read the Bidding Documents in French and English by downloading them from the RAAF website: http://www.araa.org/marches.
- Bidders can participate in the pre-bid conference that will be held on October 11, 2024, from 3 p.m. GMT through zoom link. Interested bidders must register by email addressed to the contact below with the subject line "AOR001- communication and visibility tools -Prior Conference" to receive the zoom link of the meeting.
- Bids must be submitted to the above address no later than 5 November 2024 at 11:00 a.m GMT. Bids must include a bid security in the amount of CFA 500,000, corresponding to USD 817.99 (See IB 20.1 of the Bid Data Sheet).
- Bids will be opened in the presence of representatives of Bidders who wish to attend at the the Regional Agency for Agriculture and Food (ARAA), 5th floor immeuble CRBC, place of reconciliation, quartier Atchanté, cité OUA Lomé-Togo (Meeting room on the 5thth floor), on 5 November 2024 at 11:30 a.m. GMT.
