  1. The bidding documents are available for download at:
  1. Bids must be valid for a period of 180 days after the opening date and must be accompanied by a bid security (ORIGINAL) in XOF or equivalent in ECOWAS members’ states currencies for each lot as indicated in the Tender Documents.
  2. The five (5) lots are distinct and indivisible, and the contract will be awarded per lot. Interested bidders with the required experience and qualifications may bid for one (1) or more lots.
  3. Tenders are submitted to the Regional Agency for Agriculture and Food (RAAF), CRBC Building, 4th and 5th Floor, place of reconciliation, Atchante District, UA Lome-Togo city, at the reception office no later than November 29, 2024, at 11:00 GMT
  4. The bids will be open in public session at the Regional Agency for Agriculture and Food (RAAF), CRBC Building, 4th and 5th Floor, place of reconciliation, Atchante District, UA Lome-Togo city, at the conference room on the 1st floor on November 29, 2024, at 11:30 GMT.
