- The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), through the Regional Agency for Agriculture and Food (ARAA), is inviting tenders in closed envelopes, for the "supply and delivery of assistive devices for disabled children (Togo)".
- The ECOWAS Commission now invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of assistive devices (lot 1: 4 Braille printers, 4 Braille software, 4 computers, 4 scanners, 40 touch tablets, lot 2: 50 tricycle wheelchairs, 100 monoculars, 9 static bicycles) to be delivered in Lomé, Togo.
- Payment terms under this contract will be: advance payment of a maximum of 30% of the contract price, 70% on delivery.
- Qualification criteria: (i) Provide proof of financial capacity as described in the bidding documents, (ii) Have carried out at least two similar contracts over the last five (5) years, with a value equivalent to half the bid price (ii) - Have an authorization (or other equivalent document) from the manufacturer or a manufacturer-approved representative (wholesaler) establishing a commercial relationship with the bidder.
- Bids will be evaluated on the basis of the following criteria: price. The ECOWAS Commission will award the Contract to the Bidder whose bid is evaluated as the lowest evaluated bid and is determined to be substantially responsive to the Bidding Documents, provided that the Bidder is also determined to be qualified to satisfactorily perform the Contract.
- The tender will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the ECOWAS Public Procurement Code.

- Tenders must be submitted to the Procurement Department of the Agence régionale pour l'Agriculture et l'Alimentation (ARAA), - 5th floor of the CRBC building, Place de la Réconciliation au Quartier Atchanté Cité OUA no later than October 28, 2024 at 11:00 GMT. Electronic bids will not be accepted. Late bids will be rejected. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the tenderers' designated representatives and any other person wishing to attend at the above address.
- All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 300,000 FCFA.
