SUPPORT FOR THE IDENTIFICATION OF SUB-PROJECT SITES AND ADDITIONAL STUDIES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SUB-PROJECTS WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE REGIONAL PROJECT FOR THE PROMOTION OF CLIMATE-SMART AGRICULTURE IN WEST AFRICA.
The Commission of the Economic Community of West African States (The Commission) has requested and obtained funds from the West African Development Bank to finance the Regional Project for the Promotion of Climate-Smart Agriculture in West Africa, and intends to use part of these funds to make payments for the following Services : “ Support for the identification of sub-project sites and additional studies for the implementation of sub-projects within the framework of the Regional Project for the Promotion of Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) in West Africa »
The Regional Agency for Agriculture and Food (ARAA) acting on behalf of the Commission invites, by this request for proposals, the candidates to submit their proposals in a sealed envelope, for the realization of the Services as detailed in the Request For Proposals.
A Consultant will be chosen by the selection method, based on the technical quality and the amount of the proposal (quality-cost selection).
This Request for Proposals is open to all Consultants (Companies) eligible under the eligibility criteria set out in the Guidelines for the Procurement of Consulting Services Financed by a the West African Development Bank (BOAD) issue of March 2013 (clause 1.11, 1.12 and 1.3).
The Request for Proposals is published in French, Consultants may submit proposals in English, French or Portuguese.
