  1. The ECOWAS Commission has obtained funding from the Agence Française de Développement to finance the cost of the Interim Phase of the Support Project for Food Security Storage in West Africa (STOCK II). It is planned that part of the sums granted under this financing will be used to make the payments provided for under the Contract for the “implementation of purchase order contract(s) for inspection services of storage facilities and quality and quantity control of products of the ECOWAS Regional Food Security Reserve”, consisting of several lots. Bidders may bid for one or more lots as defined in the Bidding Documents. Bidders wishing to offer discounts, should they be awarded several Contracts, are authorized to do so and must indicate such discounts in the Bid Form.
  2. The ECOWAS Commission through the Regional Agency for Agriculture and Food, solicits sealed bidders from eligible bidders for the provision of inspection services of storage facilities and quality and quantity control of products of the ECOWAS Regional Food Security Reserve.
  3. Eligible and interested bidders may:
  1. Instructions to bidders are those of the Standard Tender Documents for Procurement of Supplies of the Agence Française de Développement.
  2. Bids must be submitted to the above address no later than 29 October 2024 at 11:00 am GMT.
  3. Bids will be opened in the presence of representatives of bidders who wish to attend at the Regional Agency for Agriculture and Food (ARAA), 5th floor immeuble CRBC, place of reconciliation, quartier Atchanté, cité OUA Lomé-Togo (Meeting room on the 5thth floor), on 29 October 2024 at 11:30 am GMT.
