- The Commission of the Economic Community Of West African States - ECOWAS has received funds from European Union and the Agence Française de Développement towards the cost of Fruit Fly Control Project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of these funds will be applied to eligible payments under the contract PLMF/2017/003/FOU-03.
- The ECOWAS now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement and the delivery of:
- 1 Trinocular microscope with camera and editing or USB to connect to computer + digital accessories.
- 2 Portable Precision Balance.
- 6 Portable magnifier handle 1.
- 10 Portable magnifier handle 2.
- 6 Stéréomicroscopes Class Mag 41 20x/40x Champ 10 et 5 mmm.
- 3 Microscope DSK 500 Motic Double objective for training.
- 2 Biological incubator to growing medium.
- 1 Thermocycler acquisition of real-time data for quantitative PCR.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of the coordination unit of the project:

- A complete set of Bidding Documents in English and French can be obtained by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above or by downloading on the following internet sites: www.afd.dgmarket.com and/or www.araa-raaf.org.
- The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the Agence Française de Développement’s Bidding Documents for Procurement of Goods.
- Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 9 am (Bamako local time) on 22nd January 2018 and must be accompanied by Bid-Securing Declaration.
- Bids will be opened in public and in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 10 am GMT on January 22nd, 2018 at the offices of:

The online opening option is available. The process is as follow:
